Coming And Going

This afternoon we rode down to Duquesa for a little spot of lunch in our favourite cafe overlooking the marina.

The extra shows the view I often shoot when I am there.

It has been such a beautiful day, with everybody out and about walking and cycling along the coastal path.

My hip wasn't so happy when I got back, but the movement is supposed to be good for it.
