Rhubarb

Nice to do a bit of cooking.  We had David, Nancy and their friend to dinner tonight, Vik cooked the main course and I did a starter of Muhamarra and various crudités and then rhubarb in sloe gin which was utterly delicious and simple.  Wondering whether the alcohol will have burned off enough to eat it for breakfast.
