Contrast: Big Sky and the Salish Sea

Yesterday’s blip was heading for home in the car on the freeway in BW…Today I couldn’t resist blipping us heading (to the other) home by boat on the water..but it had to be color.:-)   We just go around this point across the bay to the left.  Can see in the extra..our dock on left with SUNSHINE on it!   Calm and clear but Cold.  (so much better than the windstorm last time up)

At the Canadian border we were asked had we been to Iran recently? and were we sick?  It will be interesting to see what the US asks on the way back in a week.

We sat in the car at the ferry line and watched the beautiful dog in the car in front of us (HERE) and then on the ferry we got coffee and some food , used the washroom, (soap and water, :-)) and ….sat in the car.  There were MANY more folks than usual sitting in their cars… it wasn't all that full either, as expected for this time..


So here we are.. isolated (self quarantined?) in all this beauty with no-one around…. and happy.      We had planned this time anyway before the virus hype….
