Springing About

A lovely long walk at the beach set Bond and I up for the day. He then came home and had a snooze while I jumped on the bike for another 18miles. A shower and a change then it was off down to the Hawes Inn for a lovely lunch and wander with L and Bond. He was quite the hit with the ladies and the gents! More walking, and working and tidying and before I knew it, it was time for our last walk round the block before bed.
