Another pair

bites the dust. 16K run tonight took my trainers over the 700K mark so time for a new pair next week. Nice run up Arthurs seat as it was dry and no wind. Decided on not taking the risk of going to Crufts with J’s mum still on chemo and my dad less than 6 months post double heart valve replacement. We are also on holiday soon so don’t want to catch anything. Did miss it when we started to watch the coverage on the TV.
