Old Mangle

Lots of nothing today, though I did have a walk to the garage and back in the bright sunshine.

I've been suffering the last few days, a nagging pain in my lower back. One day it seems OK another day its back again. This morning I felt a strange sensation go down my body from waist to toes. It scared me a little and I got out of bed to make sure I could still walk... It was fine but I wonder if its a symptom of my back problem... Who knows...
