Regents Canal

Had to run on the treadmill yesterday as the pavements were still pretty treacherous. They looked fine today, so Dave and Matt and I braved it. The regents canal looked great with the water very still. But regents park paths are still covered in snow and ice. They appear to be using sand with 1 part grit to 100 parts sand rather than rock salt. So its had just not melted. Primrose hill has nearly been warn bare by the sledging.
