Smiley face Dahlia

This Dahlia head had a crown that made it look like a smiley face. Longest Run to date this morning when I ran 21.2km with Glenda who I am coaching for her first Marathon. It's still hard work although it is getting a little easier to do, those distances just don't get any shorter.
