The Amenities

So there I was out the front cleaning the windows when I heard a greeting from across the road. There on the green were two ladies doing their bit for the anti litter drive in the locality.

And shame on me - I'm not a member of the local amenity group. So the situation was quickly rectified by my promise of a fiver to join up. What a great job Sue and June were doing with their tabards and sacks. That'll be me out there next year.
