View to the Beauly Firth, near Milton of Redcastle on the Black Isle.

The local and well renowned photography shop - Ffordes Photographic of Beauly - were open today, so had a cycle over with a few items to sell. For a change, resisted buying anything. They're trialling opening on the first Saturday of the month (from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm), for a six month period. It was a struggle to get there, against a very strong headwind near all the way. Came hurtling back though, with a detour along some quieter lanes, for the likes of the above snap.

In a couple of weeks it'll be a year since the old motor failed its MOT (badly) and was scrapped. Have managed fine without it, but may be seeing about a new (to me) set off wheels later this month.
