Silly city officers

The rivulet "Gersprenz" flooded the street alongside again. Too much rain falling lately.

The silly city officers put up this road block. Smart to put lights on top, so no one crashes into it. But silly to put a road block on half of the street. Cars can easily pass by,
And also silly, because a sign some metres before the road block clearly states that no motorcycles and no cars are allowed on this street.

So what happens if you ignore the sign and the road block? Nothing! You can drive on the street, the level of the rivulet is a metre down again, the street is dry.
And would should summon you? The city doesn't want to do that with their own citizens, and no other will drive here.

Silly and a waste of resources.
