Good for the soul

Lovely decent run first thing, did me the world of good.

Quite a blissful day (although not with the husband, so can’t be totally blissful). Had a couple of hours out shopping in Stamford alone - the boys stayed with Granny and Grandpa, and by the sounds of it all had a great time. I bought some new clothes and just enjoyed having some time by myself. Then off to Oundle this afternoon to see an old friend in a rugby match, the boys played with his children really nicely and I bumped into a couple of old work colleagues, which was very nice.

So it’s been good all round!
