I thought I was going to have a no diy day today.

Then the shower was blocked and needed plunging, which caused an o ring to fail. 4 plumbers merchants later and no replacement so I had to improvise. I’m pretty sure it’s not going to leak but I hope I never have to take it apart.

Then H needed a bit of furniture making, the tractor needed a bit of fettling and the grass needed a cut.

All sorted, the builder came round with brick samples for the garden wall. I never knew bricks were so interesting. Anyway we chose some at random ( as we are not building much of a wall ). Hopefully we’ll get the quote tomorrow so then we can get the claim in and start work.
