Sunrise At 26,000 Feet

We boarded a plane early to Arizona to see an old friend from California days.  He is now a Naturopathic physician and he has some very interesting insights on the corona virus.  

Personally at 84F and dry air,  it's great to be in a warm and welcoming place.  We left the house at 3:30 a.m. yesterday so the day was a bit foggy but after a good night's sleep, feeling better and anxious to see the area.
