Going somewhere

Back blip.

I don't know anything about this picture. It was in a bundle of my dad's things. I think it's a picture from a newspaper that has been bought by my step-grandparents, because I'm sure that my step-father is in the picture.

My step father is in his early twenties so that dates the picture to the late 50s. He isn't wearing his glasses, which means he couldn't see much (he really needed them but only when he past his youth do you see pictures of him wearing them).

I don't recognise anyone one else in the picture, but then I'd only be able to spot his mother and father to be honest, so I've a feeling that this may be a works outing kind of thing.
