The Redbridge Cycling Centre

The coaching course was being held at the Redbridge Cycling Centre... It was a very good facility.

This evening was spent planning the training session i would be assessed on... I got it completed about 10 PM and headed off to bed. Sleep was not my friend as i was quite concerned after Tuesdays poor showing.
