Grotesque

I think this little gruesome looking figure is called 'a grotesque'

He can be found on the exterior of St Andrew's Church Chippenham, along with his best mate located on the other side of the door.

Photo taken after a rather successful board meeting this afternoon and on the way home, just before I suffered over two hours of purgatory - otherwise called school parent's evening.

Lastborn couldn't join me since he was revising for a chemistry exam in the morning so I was on my own. I'm sure that he deliberately engineered the appointment system so that I covered as much floor space as possible :o
