Sake & brain powder - bisquits

Decision made. I stayed home as hubby arrived.
No kissing though :)

He brought home some Sake, chopsticks and tasty salty bisquits.
In the bisquits there is strange ingredients though, as I took a photo and translated it in Google translator.

The text goes like this :

A translation to english:
Sesame, seaweed, shrimp, chili, liquor (including large wheat), sugar, mirin, brain powder, seasonings (homo ingredients, etc.
