Sunrise

Finally my first sunrise of the year at the end of my run this morning! A frosty 10 miles Before 7 o’clock!

I worked in Malborough today which was lovely but a very long day as Fridays always are. Being international women’s day we had a lunch provided at work which was equally nice.

This coming weekend I have a swimming gala to attend, so it will be a very long and hot weekend with quite a lot of sitting around. My son is very excited though, he loves taking part in Galas.
