Old & New

Another physio appt this afternoon, with added resistance band for extra oomph. I was pleased when the physio laughed at my Trogdor-based joke about getting one beefy arm, though he may have just been being polite. 

As much as I like this shot from my walk back into Town after the appt, I shall be very glad when all the works around Broad Street and the Town Hall are done.
