ailing mog

Belle has reached a ripe old age at which it appears she can no longer feel her tail properly. Draping it in the bath at least gets her clean. She’s been known to accidentally drape it in candle flames too - so candles are banned while the old girls about!

Grateful for a stunningly slow day, my piano which I hammer away at (seemingly never making progress) and feel joy, a happy dinner time with the children who are always delighted by watercress soup.
