Towering Tower of Rock

This is part of the Grand Muveran, a local mountain I often blip but the clouds swirling round this particular chunk of the mountain really made the tower stand out. I thought it looked like part of the Dolomites or the Andes! Extra is the Mono version. In the summer there is an airy footpath that goes from the little Col across the mountain under the cliffs!

A day of many parts, not least a visit to the vets. Nexya has been limping recently and, despite 2 visits to the animal osteopath, she wasn't getting any better. Apparently she has elbow tendinitis in her left leg. It is not stopping her from playing like a kitten and the vet said we should try to keep her quiet for 10-15 days so the anti-inflammatories work! Try telling that to Nexya!
