A lousy night last night - just 4 hours sleep in the end...I had just got so wound up :(

Luckily today has been a fairly quiet day in the office and I've caught up a bit with a few things...the only problem being the car.which has got an 'emissions' light up again.  Saying that though - I got to and from work safely :)

So glad its the weekend (and I've only been back at work for 3 days.  Wil have to try and go somewhere walking tomorrow I think!
