Busiate Trapanesi

Supposedly special pasta Anna brought back from Sicily. Decidedly underwhelming in the execution. It managed a unique trick of being al dente and a bit soggy both at the same time.

The mushroom, pancetta, tomato sauce that we cooked to go with it was rather good, though.

Kylie isn’t fussy about pasta quality, though and she swept up the left overs in seconds.
