Ever stretching daylight hours!

So much love for the light being as this photo shows at 6:25am. The daylight hours have been increasing ever so slightly, as always, but then suddenly you really start to see the difference. It's great! 

I enjoy seeing some light before the school day and I'm looking forward to the days of light after the working day. We're edging ever nearer to them. :-D

It has been World Book Day today and to celebrate my class enjoyed 45 minutes of sharing a book with a partner. They were all engrossed in their books and it was so lovely to be able to allow them time to just immerse themselves in a book. We just don't see that happening enough in, or out, of school these days!
