Hearts and Flowers

We got married 51 years ago today.
Too young by today’s standards but we made it through the highs and lows of a life together.
Was engaged to someone else when l fell for Mr P in a big way and we got married eight weeks after getting together .
 Oh the stories l could tell :-))
Lots of predictions on the day that it wouldn’t last six months ...

Because Mr P can’t-  l bought myself a bouquet of flowers to celebrate 
He knows l love getting flowers and l told him we’d bought them together from our joint account ( we’ve always shared our money).
Mr P was really pleased and we agreed l should buy myself a bunch on this day in the future.
