Standing on the snow

Today was a mild day, it started off sunny but clouds and a few showers came in later. I took a few minutes after work to walk by the lake, I was hoping the spring birds but it does not seem like they have returned yet. This squirrel hopped on the a melting snow bank to get my attention which he did and got his peanut after this shot
