Shropshire Union Canal

Checked out my boat yesterday to make sure the cold weather hadn't done any damage to the water system. All was fine, lit the wood/coal stove and got the diesel heater up and running. The boat was soon very warm, went to the local for a couple of pints then stayed on board overnight. There is still lots of snow about so had to blip the moored boats in Nantwich Marina. Back at on the boat this weekend for the annual reenactment of the Battle of Nantwich (civil war!).
