Open Wide

I had a routine dental appointment this morning. The hygienist and the dentist both gave me a good report so that was reassuring.

If you've seen a shot like this before, you're probably a fan of Fashion Photographer, Lindsay Adler. The effect should make the background bend to follow the curves. I wasn't too impressed with my attempt but, there again, hers weren't as I would have liked them either.

I suppose, to convince myself it works, I should use a lined background. I chose this purple duvet cover because I need to throw it away. I bought it when I got my first duvet in the 70s and really loved it, before moving on to king size. I now only use it when we need a double size for the boat but it's falling apart. It has to go!
