The Hospital of St Cross
We went in to see the cathedral in the morning, including the Antony Gormley statue, Sound II, in the crypt, see extras.
Then we went for lovely walk to the south and round in a loop along the River Itchen and back to the centre.
This is the Hospital of St Cross on the way back. It is a 12th century church attached to a medieval almshouse.
