Finally had my Physio appointment for my knee. Reasonably encouraging assessment and programme of exercises to do which make sense. Straight to Food Bank and then to the prison for the final Alpha meeting. Really felt there were some breakthroughs today. This was the only photo I took - near where I Parked for the YOI. So tired that we gave the quiz evening a miss.
