Ferry Run

Not only do I need to cycle a minimum of 100 miles this week, I’m also starting my training for Park Run with A. We’ve committed to a date of April 4th, so no backing out now! So today was 10 miles on the bike first thing, an evening run and then back to the bike for another 10 miles before dinner. My poor legs....and my poor buns of ‘not quite steel’ yet
