Baskets

With a bit of editing, to make them fun. They were on a windowsill in the church. Again, no nice photos of people, because I'm not allowed to post them. This morning we had the Big Firestarters Clean Up. This meant all the young people who'd been away this weekend cleaning the entire church from top to bottom before the 10:30 morning service. It happened very quickly and successfully. I had to gather the lost property and take it upstairs into a big pile. There was a huge amount of stuff. Jumpers, shoes, socks, airbed box, coats, and even a big rucksack! But it was all claimed in the end. The leaders make people do push-ups before they can claim their stuff, as an incentive not to leave it lying around! It doesn't seem to work very well though....

Then morning service, with all the people from Firestarters just about doubling the congergation! I had to try hard not to fall asleep, despite the 'firey' sermon. Firestarters have very late nights... We had lunch together in the church after the congregation had gone home, then I got a lift back home with friends. Phew!

I can't remember what I did for the rest of the day. Slept, probably.
