Bee cause they can.

I'm not very good at identifying the different kinds of bees, hover flies etc, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the first sightings of a cyberbee, (half helicopter, half bee.) Darwin would have been confused, intrigued and very afraid.
Weaponised fly swatters are already on ebay, Amazon etc.
