Essential

May be a bit late for MM319 - Essential - but you see I was sleeping. This is an activity (?) that I regard as essential - especially after lunch. It just happens automatically when I start to read the snoozepaper. My wife finds it a very irritating habit of mine and took this extremely unflattering picture to shame me.
