Monday: Blossoming City Hall

I was at an event at lunchtime related to football, which, today I learnt, is also known as gridiron football.  There you go - not to be confused with soccer.  I was riding up in the lift with another chap and we both commented on how ‘weedy’ the lift smelled - I swear we were both high as kites when we emerged...........

This evening it was off to City Hall to celebrate International Women’s Day.  I was amazed, and delighted, to see the trees starting to blossom.
