I was up way too early this morning in order to take R to pick up his truck. He had to be a work by 7:30 so we had to pick it up before that time! Good thing my car has heated seats as it was so very cold again this morning ~ only 8 degrees F. That's -13 C!!!!!

I thought that while I was out I would do a little fox hunting. But only with a camera! Unfortunately, there was no wildlife to be found. I guess it was a bit too early and cold for anything to be up and about. I can't really blame them!

Since I had left the house without breakfast, I decided to get a breakfast sandwich from the local donut shop. Outside was this brave young man collecting for a good cause. I'm so proud of myself as I mustered up some courage and asked him if I could take his picture in return for a small donation! Darin has the most wonderful smile, doesn't he! Keep in mind that it's only 8 degrees F!! Not only is he very pleasant, Darin is quite brave to be out in this kind of cold!

I'll repeat what I said yesterday ..... brrrrrrr!!!
