Golf Torrequebrada

Another day of golf. Pracice in the morning and on the course in the afternoon. Todays course was Torrequebrada. I've played it before and remember the course beat me then too ! A magnificent undulating course and even if you hit the greens 3 putting is always likely. I did see hoopoe birds though and that was a hope of mine on this trip. They tend to frequent golf courses because the watered ground is softer for them to penetrate with their beaks. We also had a kestrel land in front of us on one tee to pick up some sort of worm/insect and fly to a tree. None of my golf partners even noticed it !
My brother is a golf coach and 2 of his young proteges also came out for training. In the buggy with him is one of them, she came with her British based Malaysian family, they were all a delight and she is a star golfer in the making. 10 years old and a magnificent golf swing that was applauded by many other golfers who saw her on the course.
