Stratford

We stayed in this morning; we were expecting a half-load of logs and also a computer customer who wanted her Windows7 laptop upgraded to Windows10.

Both arrived, almost at the same time, so after lunch we went into town, Ann to meet an ex-neighbour, I went for a stretch by the river before joining them in Pret.

Whilst strolling by the RSC theatre I heard the clatter of swans flying.  I swung round, panned my camera and hoped for the best as they were approaching pretty quickly.  Hence the background is a bit iffy (ICM) but the swans are not too bad.

We were lucky in Stratford that the horrific flooding experienced in other towns have passed us by over the recent three storms.  We had a bit of flooding onto the rec ground and round the bandstand, but that's normal for this time of year and doesn't affect any residential properties.
