A photo of the Machrie Moor Stone Circles without Jess? I don't think so.

In all my years of coming to Arran on family holidays, we have managed never to visit Machrie Moor. I'm sure we didn't omit it on purpose, it was just that in days gone by, the hills and beaches were our priority.

Today it was the turn of the Stone Circles to have our undivided attention. There are 6 on the Moor - you can read about them here.

As if that wasn't enough excitement for one day, S&L went for a (quick) dip in the sea at Corrie afterwards :-) Jess should have joined them to wash off all that mud..
