I slept in and then went for a run around the nature reserve. It was my second run attempted while dealing with this cough. 
As I survived that and the sun was shining (for once), I took my bike out to the park and had a photo wander.
The sun chose not to shine for the entire time I was in the park and did not come out again until I was back indoors. 
I'm having a quiet night in. I think there's some FA Cup football on.
