Lone tree

It has been bright but still cold in the wind.  It was busy at Citizens Advice but I got away on time.  There was a bit of work to do in the shop but I had the afternoon free.  I spent more time on the phone trying to sort out the complexities of taking up French residence under the 183 day rule and am not sure I am much clearer after much reading and conversations with tax authorities and advisors.  The post Brexit situation is a mess and there are many questions to which there are not yet any definitive answers.
