Derelict Sunday

Having stayed overnight in Edinburgh, we spent much of the day (when we weren't dodging the showers in coffee shops & cafes for breakfast, elevenses, brunch and a mid-afternoon cuppa!) walking round Edinburgh to explore some of the suburbs and take in some viewings of possible flats with Son#1 who is looking to switch from renting to buying soon. Of course I had my camera with me and took a number of shots but my preferred photo for today's blip is of these wonderfully derelict-looking doors in Leith. I love the peeling paint!

I also liked a set of 3 old cranes on the dockside at Leith and will add a cropped shot of one of them as an extra.
