Blue skies

What a lovely day! I woke up late having been out late last night with a group of old school friends. I had such a good time I forgot to Blip yesterday! Oh well it was leap day so maybe I can get away with it!!! Having woken late, I was thinking I might have missed the best of the day but got outside and did some much needed tidying in the garden. So many branches and leaves had come down over the last few weeks in the storms it was well overdue! I drove my daughter back to University at lunchtime - it was a lovely drive and I noticed that the car park to Virginia Water was closed as it was so busy! So much for my idea of a quick walk on the way home. Instead to went over to see Mum and enjoyed the blue skies with her over a cup of tea and cake.
