Wisley in the Snow

En-route to London I called in at one of my favorite gardens RHS Wisley where there has been a large snowfall and was looking magical.

The staff had done a magnificent job clearing the footpaths and I spent a happy 3 hours exploring with the snow crunching under my feet. All that was lacking was a little sunshine but I suppose we can't have everything can we?

I did pop into the Glasshouse where there are butterflies flying free but only spotted one and my camera steamed up in the heat so I went back out to enjoy the snow some more followed by a warming soup in the cafe.

Today's blip is of the orchard where the snow was picking out the branches nicely.
