March arrives

The first day of March and it was quite a pleasant, if very chilly, day. The big grands were all busy with one thing or another - cycling, skate park playing, gymnastics etc.  I left them after breakfast when E went off to her school gym competition.
Pleased to report that the peanut butter cheesecake that E and self made yesterday went down very well with all the family! There is enough left to enjoy today as well as it is very rich so only small(ish) pieces were eaten even by the growing lads!
A friend had a birthday today so I went to see her and enjoyed a good chinwag and a small bit of cake! She'd been out to lunch, was full, so did not join me!
