Underwater again!

The river is full to bursting and Tweed Island is underwater again.  I have a covered area where I can dry my washing but I need a gang plank to cross the puddle in front of it because the land drain is full, and thechimp is talking about planting rice in the garden - the forecast looks better for tomorrow though!
