Passing through

I risked a short (5 mile) run this morning - weather stayed dry, but my strained Achilles didn't like it. It felt swollen when I got home - Deb did an 8 mile route, and got home only a few minutes after I did - so I was really taking it easy.Just too soon - I'll give it another couple of weeks at least.

The rest of the day managed some mixed weather, though we did manage a dry walk into town for a light lunch, the pic shows one of the fronts passing through during the day. High winds kept them moving through!
