Local dereliction

This small area is an interruption to a street, I believe to reduce traffic. The council has put in seats, paving and a garden, but it has become a dumping ground. Once the community bikes got motors I thought we'd seen the end of them being wrecked and left, but no. The council will come and pick it all up, but there will be another lot before long. I don't expect they will get rid of the cryptic message on the utilities box.
