Pheasant in the Bushes

We stopped at a wildlife refuge outside of Sacramento and the highlight was spotting this colorful pheasant. We drove another 350 miles today so tomorrow will be a shorter ride into Palm Desert. 
Grateful today for..light traffic. Good weather. Is anyone else consumed with coronavirus news?
